How Easy Is It To Change To A New Sim Card?

It should be Ok for anyone but your phone will have to allow it. You just need to obtain your new sim card and try it out.

Check your instruction manual and remove the current sim and place the new one as instructed. Your contacts and calls history should be transferred and you will receive notification on your phone that all has been installed correctly.

Can Anyone Use A New Free Sim?

Some mobile phones are provided as a locked in service. This means that your network, whoever initially provided you with your mobile phone/sim, has locked you into the current sim card.
